I'm still trying to get good equiptment before I put anything on the internet, and I'll be sued if I "publish" more or less, any of my live stuff because I don't have the rights for it.

That's a piss-poor excuse (about getting "good" equipment).... its the talent that makes a good recording, not the gear (good gear only makes the job easier...!)
Besides, I've seen some of your intended gear decisions -- better start honing your recording skills because that gear isn't going to make it any easier for you!
