Hello, I have a Mackie 802vlz3 mixer and a desktop computer with a emu 1212 a balnced pci card.
I am taking the output from my emu (balanced cables) and running them into the mackie for monitoring purposes...i am using the mic pre in the mixer and sending the aux send 1 into the left side of my emu card (balanced cable).
I use to have a 1404vlz and i always used the atl 3-4 into the emu
am i going to get the same sound and quality using the aux send 1 instead of the atl 3-4 outs? is the aux send the same thing as the left side of lets say the atl 3-4 or main outs?
