Mackie 1202 and SoundBlaster Live???

Could someone familiar with this equiptment help me out? I've got mackie1202 mixer and a soundblaster live platinum soundcard. What is the best way to use this hardware in order to best use the features of the mackie like "control room". Thanks...

I was looking at that mixer and was wondering why it had knobs instead of faders.

The control room outs are for your monitors.... so U won't be sending those to your PC so... just send your main mix to your pc, untill U get more equip/more channels U cant get the full Use out of the board
