Rock Steady
I bought an M30 last year at a steal price. I`m familiar with the mixer and enjoy using it, the eq pots are some of the best I`ve seen, and it`s virtually noise free. A buddy of mine said I was using old junk and should get a new mixer. Anybody else using "old junk" out there?

I just finished fixing my old junk all up and got it all recording like it's 1986. Sounds awesome too! I doubt any of the little DAW kids would even know what to do with the kind of rock my M600 and ATR 60 can slam out.

Keep the old junk, and get a new friend.

WTG on the M30, it's one of those "sleeper" deals you can find, often for less than $100, [avg higher], which is a BIG value in mixers.;)

I have [4] M30's, and it's my favorite mixer.

Thanks guys. I feel much better about it now. I`ve used the 8 and 16 track Korg, the Yamaha 01,and the Fostex 16 and they are really nice DAWs but I`m more comfortable with Sonar and my Tascam.

now if I could just get my hands on one of those '49 studebakers like Dad had I`d really be excited and hard to handle...... :)
