The Omni is a front end for the Delta 66 or Delta 44. The Omni Studio Package comes with the Delta 66. Lots of people here use the Delta line and like it. Thumbs up on sound & price.
The omni itself is kinda useful I suppose if you need a headphone amp and a couple real cheap preamps. Otherwise the Delta 66 itself is a good product.

I have this...I just released a CD using this OMNI. I think I like it sofar....can't complain about it.
The Pre-amps are so convenient! When I had finished composing all my music(8 track 40 minutes) I took my equipment(OMNI, ocmputer, synth etc) to the studio for mixing. The OMNI outs were routed to the studio mixer and voila....

I use it as a front end to the Delta 66 with Cakewalk Sonar. Yep,
great to have the headphone amp. In fact, I have yet to buy monitors, which are next on my gear list. The reason I went this route was for the package: the I/O capabilities, headphone outs, and the actual card. For my purposes it offered the best quality and bang for the buck when I bought it about a year ago.
Was wondering just the other day if something out there would match this package or even surpass it at the price point. Maybe someone out there can point out other possibilities, as I have not
been keeping up with what's out there now.

Thanks for the replys. I have another question. Can I use this effectively with a delta 44 card. I know its says I can on the m-audio site but they are trying to sell it so I wanna hear from some users.

Not sure if you can use a 44 with the OMNI. If I were you I would get the OMNI pakcage with comes with the better quality 66 cards. I bought in new for about $400.00.
I am sure you get get one used forabout $300 or less...or even better do some search on the nets....I am sure they will give you a very good deal on the OMNI packages...
