Aight I have a problem. You'd think the answer would be easy... maybe I’m just making it to complicated. I'm trying to edit all these songs to make them radio safe. Now what exactly has to be left out? I mean yea swear words, and N-bombs, but what about when they say 44 (referring to a gun caliber), and I have heard numerous terms for weed actually on the radio, but not all of them... I mean besides the terms, can u actually say "smokin weed" or what? I mean yea I know its all how u say it as well but dang... I need like a text book on this or something, cause I know the radio is not gonna send it back and say, "fix these words and we'll play it." so its on me... can I get a lil’ help?

Anything you don't know about (like the gun reference for example) take it out. That's what I'd do if I wanted something played on the radio.

just take it out..that way you are safe..it wont hurt anything..thats what i do..when i shop a song to the radio

Yea I know, when in doubt, take it out... lol... I guess I just wanna maintain as much as I can, I mean if I can get away with some stuff I’m all for it. I don’t wanna just take out something that could have just been left in. I mean on the radio I don’t mind the sudden absence of voice every now and then, but some songs are just so over done (over censored to the point u hear every other word) and I would like to avoid that. Darn perfectionism…
