Can anyone give me an idiot-proof guide on how to creat a looped track? I have a 20 second click which I'd like to see increased to 3 minutes.

Do this in multi track mode.

You want to make sure the beginning and end levels are relativly the same so you don't hear clicks.....Just jump in and give it a try.
