This is the last tune I did...it's backup music for a station in Clinton MO, and I kinda dug the vibe, so I've kept it around...

I'd like some input and ideas on what I can do to make it better...
The drums were looped, so I can't do much on them, but on the overall mix, playing, etc.

Hmm... I listened to what a guy and Mean Munster.

I liked mean munster better, (personal thing, what a guy was well done.

I like your bass tone in both songs. This song was nice. Kind of like Ynvie playing surf. It has a good groove.

A little too far in the red though, there's some serious clipping going on.

thanks for the advice....I'll have to go back and see how bad I'm burning up the volume!!!!!!

I'm hoping to have some samples of my band's music very soon to get some opinons on sounds and mix......I'm a newbie, but I'm doing all the production for our music!

We did these around a year ago, and it was my first true go at doing any engineering, mixing and producing....the drums were done elsewhere, so the guitars and vox were all I really had a hand in recording.....however the mix and stuff was me....


Looking back, I wish we would have had that CD mastered, but I'm thinking we'll know better this time!
