Looking for honest feedback on these House and HipHop mixes

I'm looking for some genuine feedback on these mixes that I put together...

One is House and the other is HipHop....

I listened to hiphop mixtape. I'm on headphones so I couldn't hear any bass. (I'm guessing it's all sub?) The instrumentation seems way far back in the first half, I'd try to bring it a little more forward. Cool remix! Reminds me of Girl Talk, love that stuff. . .

Yeah it seems tricky though- the bass might be perfectly good, I just can't hear it on my headphones because it's such a low frequency. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend changing the bass necessarily unless you really want to hear it on headphones! It's actually completely absent on the pair I'm using so I don't think boosting would do anything, unless you used like a Maxxbass or something to shift it more into the low mids. I'll give it a listen on monitors when I get a chance and give you a better informed opinion.
