Looking For Engineers!!!

What's Good Everyone. If you don't know me my name is Lway, And I'm a Hip Hop Artist. What I would really love is for some Engineers that are willing and able if I could send in verses and let them mix it. I don't have the best mic or equipment, and I think I can get better quality if I allowed for someone new to mix songs, know what I mean? Judge My quality for yourself, and see if you can make it sound better or what not.
