Hi i'm looking for an USB Audio Interface, but i'm looking for one with ADAT connection so i can also buy an AtoD converter and record gigs in the bar i work, and i need at least an 8 channels recording.
Hope someone can recommend me a good interface.
Thnx

The function of an audio interface is to convert analog to digital. Not sure what you mean by "ALSO" buying an AtoD converter.

i meant that i'm looking for a small card (1 or 2 mic in) and that it also has ADAT in/out, like the RME Babyface, but with USB connection, and cheaper =)

At $650 the Sound Devices USBPre 2 provides TOSLINK and may meet your needs. This thread from Gearslutz compares the USBPre 2 to the RME Bayface. Both units have their boosters, their detractors, and their issues but my takeaway was that Sound Devices is more customer responsive. I own a USBPre 2 but I have not used the TOSLINK functionality.

I think that you're looking for a fairly esoteric feature feature set. Luck.

Motu 828mkIII Hybrid

Dont think you'll find any 2-channel interface with ADAT

Tim thanks!! i've looking information on the motu 828 mk3 and it's a really good card!!
i've also found the tc electronics konnekt 24d also, 2 mics in, 4 lines in, adat in/out.
