looking for a starter condenser

I'm looking for a starter condesner mic for vocals and acoustic guitar. Looking for a MXL V67 or Nady SCM 900 or something of that class.

price range up to about US$50-$60. I live in New Zealand, but I'll pay all the postage and evrythang of course.

so, anybody looking to pass on their old condenser to a newbie?
