No, I know. I just never really thought of it before. I hadn't really even noticed that he had the Dixie flag hanging from his mic stand. He's certainly not a racist, and he's not even southern. He's originally from New Mexico I believe. He's the one member of the band not actually from the true old south. Fucking poser. Lol. I'm from New Orleans, the bassist is from Houston, and the lead guitarist is from Tampa, Florida. We are the old south. I'm gonna demand he take his flag beads down! Imposter!

Really though, only whiny lefties and people in cities and states that don't "get it" are the only ones that get offended by that flag. Oh, and blacks of course. Sure there are toothless gun-toting rednecks that think the south shall rise again, but for most of us normal everyday folk, it's just a flag. Means nothing. It's a part of our history and we don't think of it as a nod to slavery or oppression. It's just the opposite actually. It represents a time in which the collective south didn't want to be told what to do by clueless nothern politicians. We tried and failed, but I can respect the former southern leaders that tried to tell the union to fuck off. If that flag still offends people, then good. I hope it does. If a colorful piece of fabric can bother you, you deserve to be uncomfortable.

Hitler is a good one. I like to use offense to gauge where someone's head is really at. Nothing offends me, and I'm pretty much the perfect human being, so I expect others to keep up. :D
