I have zero input when it come to pro/con of ableton or logic. however it was was stated to me by a trusted mentor that protools & ableton got together & had a baby they named it logc pro 9. there is notruth to that statement other than I thought it was funny.
Logic 9 is the best DAW on the market period. For a 200 dollar download its a no brainer. You get a tone of instruments, synths and 15000 apple loops that work in logic. It is the last Daw you will ever need.
