Logic Express

I am thinking about getting Logic Express for my Mac G4. It looks good on the Apple web site and I think it has everything I need since I've been getting along with GarageBand. Has anybody used it and can tell me about it?

All i can say about this this software its worth the money
and it goes a long way but be sure to have enough ram at least 640
with all the feature it has all the synths and plug-ins 4gig of sounds and loops
you will love it
 
Thanks lamiasquid. The more I hear about Logic the more I like it. I'm hoping to get it in the next week. One thing I'm still wondering is if it allows simultaneous recording on multiple tracks which was a major weakness of GarageBand.
 
hi yes you can record multiple audio tracks it all depends on your recording hardware plus you can insert effects while you record wich means if you want
to record vocals with a compressor you can . And then add more effects
to the track. There is a specific manual for people switching from garage band
to logic to help you
