Logic 9 organ patches not working

Hey everyone, I just upgraded to Logic 9 and love it it worked so quickly with all of my gear. Anyways all of my patches work with my keyboard but my organ ones don't and these are the ones I would use most. Anyone have any ideas on how to get em working?
