Line 6 Tone Port -- Help!

I just bought the Line 6 Tone Port UX1 and I have everything connected, but I'm not getting any sound from it. (From the guitar port OR the mic port.) It shows the levels on the software and I know it receives the input, but it's not sending the information back out. Does anyone know how to fix this or what might be the problem?

Check to make sure you have your playback device selected and make sure it's not muted. Right click on the volume icon on your desktop and check it out.
