I see people still use their services, but awhile back around December, after uploading, I never got any emails back. Hence, no link.

Is this typical and/or are there any other places to deep link like them that are decent?

Same thing happened to me, maybe it's going into the spam folder. I don't know, I used soundclick afterwards.
