Light or Dark Guitar?

Do you prefer happy, choppy guitar or dark, slow, and melodic? Of course there are those who can do both in the same solo, but we'll exclude them for this poll.

This is kind of like asking do you like happy up beat songs better or slow dramatic songs? Everyone likes both! They are just different!

Having said that I chose slow and dramatic, Im thinking of Gilmour, but I also really enjoy some nice upbeat stuff too.

It just all depends. I'm not into the overly bright twangyness of say, a country electric guitar.
