im thinking of getting one for mixing purposes, it seems cool to have a vst plugin outside of the computer. and also to use a instrument proccesor for live performance.

any suggestions or opinions?

you sure its not the MX200 or MX400? I haven't heard of the 300, is this a new processor? I have had the MX200 since it first came out, and it works nice, studio auxs or live performances, but I never could get the VST's to work well with my 'puter, I hear the bugg is fixed now, cant really comment...but the sounds are a great bang for the dollar.

hey...thanks for the heads up on that...new to me, seems like a MX200 maybe with the VST bug actually fixed 'eh? and....$100 more.
