Ok...I am a newbie here. And I have a question. I have been recording some songs using N-Track studio. There are all finished...but i need some help..
Basically I need help with EQ levels...I think. (I dont know much about the technical stuff..so bear with me) I wish I could explain it better. Really the only place I notice my problem is in WinAmp. It has that EQ graph (im sure thats not the technical name for it) that has bars that go up and down with the music. Now with most songs...the bars are even all the way accross as they go up and down. But in my songs they dont register that high...and are very uneven. Most of the bars to the right dont even register at all. I guess I'm just trying to figure out what that means about my mix and how I fix it.
I'm new to this board, and to home recording...so if I sound like an idiot don't yell at me too much.
Oh...and the software I have is N-Track Studio and Sound Forge.
Thanks!
