It is really lying. Yeah you are obviously huffing those fumes pretty hard. Liar.

No it is not. I wear OSHA approved ventilators. I don't like Dame Bramage. I am not a liar, sorry to disappoint you.

I'm not disappointed. Quite the contrary, this is what I expect from you. Lies, and trolling.

Care to comment on that "arthursilivia" alias troll account? You had that one lying in wait, huh?

What I don't understand is that if you are in business for yourself, your reputation is paramount. Would you really post stuff like this claiming to be green and confused, and promising pictures as you butcher a guitar - then get all arsy when your paying customers could read it? Damage limitation says that if you mess up, get caught it's best to say sorry and wait for a topic to die way. How many people have been to the Facebook page as a result? Just crazy!

I never claimed to be green and confused. There was no butchering of any guitar. I did not "mess up". There is no need to say "sorry". Maybe you should go back and read this thread carefully.

This is 12 coats of nitro, 1 was a thin tack coat, 3 were sealer coats, 2 were color coats, and 6 were top coats. I am going to let it cure for a bit then level sand and scrape the binding. A final flow coat with thinned nitro will then be sprayed.

I have 18 oz of Nitro on the maple top now, time to let it cure for a bit. It is visually stunning it far exceeds my expectations.
Pro tip.

No one cares.

What's all this "we" and "no one" bullshit? Feel free to speak for yourself, and allow everyone else to do the same. I'm sure you'll let us know.
Thanks!

Hey Pete. being that LPs can be on the heavy side anyway, in your experience, would shooting the finish using a lower psi(pounds per square inch) ultimately lessen the load. The accumulated poundage over several to mucho many coats can obviously add up to being a back breaker heavy sucka. Like the saying goes, sometimes less is more and it might not be so damn heavy with less pounds of air. just sayin!

Here's another idea. People are assholes. Lighten the fuck up folks.
