Hi there, there are a lot of latency issues out there what particular thing do you want to learn about?

Ableton latency is pushing 1000ms for me - either from on-board sound card or using my Zoom R16, it's totally unuseable. That's why its been 'gathering dust' for 6 months. I'd like to get it going again, so if anyone has any ideas...?
