Latency Problem (Reaper/Focusrite)

Hi Guys

Can anyone help?

I have a Focusrite Saffire 6 going into a really high spec laptop but I'm still getting really bad latency problems!

Is it something I've missed in the Reaper settings?

I have the Focusrite asio control panel set to 13ms

In Reaper under preferences and devices I have selected my interface for both input and output and have it set to buffers 8 x 200 samples and sample rate 44100hz which gives me 36 ms latency which still feels strange with the time lag when playing guitar.

Any advice would be awesome!

Don't set the buffer that big? It's doing exactly what you told it to do....
