laptop crashes when i export audio mixdown

i have a 64 bit 4 gig pross w/ 1012 of ram i run windows xp pro

almost evry time that i export the audio mixdown 44.1 16 bit stereo interlieved
@ about 10 - 50 % of the export the whole computer reboots automaticly
