kurzweil pc88 power supply

I picked up one of these used for $350, but the power supply is trashed. I plugged in mine from another keyboard and it works fine. I read some stuff on the net about how the true supply is a slightly different voltage.

ANy chance that i will hurt the keyboard from using the other power supply? I think the difference is 9.0 volts vs 9.2 or something.

i just checked both of mine (one stays set up the other goes in the gig bag) they are both 9.5VAC at 2 amps... since it's rectified and regulated inside the keyboard useing something a tad higher or lower in voltage shouldn't hurt... the current rateing is important though... dont think i would go lower than 9V though...YMMV...
