Hi there,
I'm aiming to get into recording live band shows (typically rock bands; drums, guitar/s, bass, vox) on a relatively low budget.
I'm after something that can record 8 simultaneous inputs which can then be put into Cubase for mixing. And so this led me to find the Korg D888. Sound on Sound seemed to indicate that it was lacking the features of a complete portable studio but could be useful for the purpose I am looking for.
Has anyone got one? Or used one for this purpose? Or would know if it would be suitable? I'm not knowledgable on equipment, but this seems like it might do the trick.
Thanks in advance,
Thom Lambert
