Thats okay Rick... when you assemble your studios using tape, glue and staples, make sure you have a webcam :D

Bwaaaaah haaaaaaaaah haaaaaaah!!!!!

Studio!?!

Freddie... I thought we already figured out all he needs is an '87 Ford Tempo, 2 or 3 sheets of 4x8 plywood and an open field... forget the stupid studio :)

And besides... Rick's FAR more classy than tape, glue and staples....

I'm sure he AT LEAST uses DUCT tape, HOT glue and brads :)

Brads What? His Mom or what...and Its best not use brad and duct tape in the same post...things get sticky really fast.

Rick,

At some point I believe that I will have to recommend you for psychiatric help ;P

Lava lamp diffusers?!?!

wow... that's all I can say :) hahahahaha

Hey VE, haven't you learned yet that I'm 90% jokester and 10% serious. THAT was a joke hahahahahaha....get it?:D But I AM making some custom lava lamps for the studio. May look like diffusers, IF I ever get that far, but as far as real diffusion, ha! I mean I like to make funny, but I'd be laughed off the board. I drew them, but the file is on my other computer at the moment. But unless I can find(afford is the right word) some large glass tubing, I be dreamin! Anyway, it was intended to draw a laugh. Ok? You're right though. My wife says I need some serious help too! You also have to admit, anyone who is unfortunate enough to catch this desease, and actually pursues it, has got to be downright CRAZY!! Either that, or it WILL make ya crazy in the process. Sooooo..maybe I am. Afterall, been pursuing it for 20yrs.
My reply was just a response to the "duct tape and staples" thing. I can take a ribbing as well as anyone, but when YOU GUYS make monkey outa me, me gets PISSED! I guess I went a little too far huh! Well, it was all in good fun.
Hey VE, how is your studio coming? Are you actually going to use any of those plans?
Seemed to me you mentioned moving a while back, but my memory sucks. Well, time to get busy. I've got an new idea for absorption. A backwall that actually ain't there. You know, "a window makes the best absorber in the world" sorta thing. ;)
Cheers
fitZ:)

Rick,

I assumed you were being humorous... I guess these stupid computers don't do a very good job of my humor mocking your humor mocking my humor... well you get the point :)

No hard feelings man... wasn't trying to tick ya off.

I actually finalized some studio plans with help from what you had drawn up... frederic did a modification on it... and the John Sayers was kind enough to take a look at 4 or 5 ideas and give me his response... but as for actually doing anything?? not yet :)

My wife wants our loft done first (something about the kids needing a place to play, office/work space... blah blah blah... ) :P So I have to finish that first before I can work on the studio.

I hope to have the loft done in December... and start the sheetrocking of the existing studio walls immediately there after.
