keyboard amp w/ fx loop

I'm looking for a keyboard amp (in the 30w + range)

some features I would like:
-send/return loop
-direct out / recording out
-flat response across the frequency spectrum
-built in EQ
-no digital circuitry

can you recommend any?

I currently have a Crate KX15 (12w) which lacks the loop and is noisy (out of 10 on the volume knob, I can only raise it to 3.5)

I'm pretty sure the Roland line has all those features, save for digital effects.

A small mixer with powered monitors is probably the best choice though.
