Hey you non-spanish speaking people don't make the rest of us look bad now. :p

I'm gonna try to go listen to the song.

It's got a lot of energy. The guitars are done really well. The bass is a little rumbly but I guess I doesn't get annoying at any point. It adds to the rumble of the kick and the toms and sort creates tihs havoc/chaos feel.

The vox are cool enough.

The snipper FX on the guitar are really cool.

You should teach drums, man!

Good tune, dude. Like the frantic, dangerous feel. Reminds me of some serious trouble. Drums are kickin'.

Sounds mysterious, violent swirling. Interesting rhythmic changes in the parts.

true-eurt - Really? Must have been the way you said it :D

bigbubba - The bass yeah haha that's my aim - not to make it sound annoying :D I actually used to 'teach' drums when I was an impoverished student. It was a bit of a joke as what I knew about drums you could chisel on the head of a pin. And not a lot has changed :D Thanks for giving it a listen

lbanks - Heh dangerous is good. Hey thanks Larry, appreciate it

Timothy Lawler - Violent & swirling, yep that's a hurricane alright. I'm glad the sense of that came through. Thanks for checking it out Timothy

I could have sworn I responded to this a few days ago...weird. Anyway, it's downloading....slowly but surely. :)

Jeezus....You talk about MY drums??? Those drums sound about as good as they can. I love the beat to this. I've always liked those 6/8 shuffle feels in rock. Big, heavy tune with a good vocal hook, and fortunately, a good non-screaming vocal yet still heavy. Great stuff, Bull. Great drumming and great little variations on the beat throughout.

This sounds sweet man! Just raw and rocking. Sounds like zep drums with more modern guitars. Great groove overall. At first it did sound a bit cluttered with verbs, but the sound grew on me real quick. Sweet, listened twice

RAMI - Yeah the drums are getting close, but the snare's not quite there yet. The sound I'm looking for is..um..pretty close to your snare sound actually. I'm not going to ask how you do it, but feel free to disclose any secrets! :D Thanks for the words Rami, I appreciate 'em

SnakeDog5050 - Heh I've just squeezed a couch into my 'studio' so hopefully that will help dry the sound up some. It's a squeeze in here now man. Thanks for the comments Snake, glad you liked it

I LOVE this track. I started the song and the intro made me go "wow!". I think the drums sound unique, but I think they are the best part of the song. I personally would like more snare, it sounds good, just maybe more of it.
Sounds great!

Yah...HOW you say something is just as important as WHAT you say. ;)

While I am here, I have to make another comment. I can't get enough of your drumming. It is so driven. I will behave myself.....though I could say more. :D

The cymbals rock.

Oh yeah, I have been going around ever since I listened to this....wooooo ooooo ooooo...and have gotten some strange looks. It is one of those things, that drives one mad.....I can't stop !!!

prestomation - I'm with you on the snare. It sounds OK, it just needs to be a little bigger. Hey thanks for the positive vibes

Timothy Lawler - African? That's interesting. Ian Paice and Brian Downey used to do alot of these shuffly type rythms back in their Purple and Lizzy days. I think that's where I picked a lot of stuff up from. Hey Timothy thanks for the return visit!

true-eurt - Uh oh it's bored its way into your brain like one of those african spiders that lays its eggs inside your ear. Isn't that what killed Schuman? :D Thanks again for the good words. Not sure why everyone's being so nice about the drums - maybe it's because we don't get to hear the shuffle as much these days.. Cheers True

Bull...I just temembered that I was going to respond to this. There's no secret reayy, I think the snare itself has alot to do with it. It's a fibreglass snare.
Also, I do something a little different than others, maybe. My snare doesn't point to the centre of the drum. I put it facing straight down, literally. So that it's pointing right at the skin about 2 inches in from the rim. The mic is literrally vertical. I find I get a good combination of the "crack" plus the body of the drum.
Also, I loosen my snare wires until they're ringing slightly more than I would want them to. I find it helps with the high end.

Hope this helps...Though I don't think your sounds needs any help.

Rawk Awn!!!

0h!!!! You obviously have not read about my nightmares as a child, about spiders and such, laying eggs under my skin, and them hatching into magot like things and boring their way out...

Could have been that, or else his Celibacy.

You are welkom. I can't speak for the others, but I am being nice about the drums because they kick ass. I love the Shuffle Rock beat...yah..keep on rockin' me baby...keep on rockin' me baby. :D

Cheers Bulls !!

RAMI - My mic is close inside the rim too, but an an angle. I'll try pointing it straight down see what happens. I used to have it real close, but recently I've been pulling it back about 3 - 4 inches to try and get less of that pop sound. Thanks for that Rami, this is good stuff! :D

true-eurt - True Lol I'm not sure you can be killed by celibacy. It wouldn't be a great way to go! Cheers true and thanks

Man, there were alot of mistakes in my last post and I can't go back and edit it. Anyway, I hope you got the jist of what I was saying. I meant the "mic" is pointed at the centre of the drum....! :)

No problems Rami I knew you were talking about the mic. I'm a drummer too :D We have The Code. I haven't had good results at the centre though. Out somewhere near the rim works better for me
