Just purchased a old 244

I'm a new happy owner of a 244 portastudio... I was 5 years old when it came out back in the 80'. It's in mint cond. but I had to replace the old pinchroller. It's really built like a tank.

The sound quality is surprisingly good. It's the perfect tool for creating big hits.

I'm happy...

The 244 was my first Portastudio back in 1982.

At the time, I loved that machine more then life itself!

It's a well made machine and had really advanced features for it's era.
