I made a case for it too. I have to admit I paid money for the hinges and latches. :)

Thank you for sharing this. This is the best DIY project I've seen in a long time. Most DIY guitar builders would have worked on just the body and wooden parts, but you made everything including your own pickups!

Oh, yeah, we will hear an audio sample- but only AFTER he makes, from scratch, the matching amp, AND an 8-track recorder and board- ALSO from scratch.

I am looking forward to seeing them, and hearing them, but I am NOT holding my breath! Not that he won't complete them- of course he will- just that I CAN'T HOLD MY BREATH THAT LONG.

This has GOT to be one of the all-time best builds.
