I've been offered a AKG C414EB... what to check ?

It's supposed to be made at the late 70s. The owner says it was bought from a local studio. Dunno if it has ever been serviced.

Do you generally think I should go with this mic ? Or, in case it has never had its capsule replaced, it doesn't worth much ?

He asks for 650$ (local, no shipment).

Which model 414 is it? Does it come with any accessories? Sounds a bit pricy for that vintage. Check the prices against sales on ebay.
