Is the RS7000 a motif in a groovebox ??

Or are these products totally different. Do they have the same sounds ?? As far as I know the sequencer is different XO style
 
From what I've gathered it has the Motif's sound module, the RX-1 sequencer and the SU700 sampler, all more than half of what the RS7000 costs (~$1200), which is a pretty impressive piece of hardware. Gonna do some more research on it myself but it could persuade me to ditch my Triton, maybe.
