Is The M400 The ONLY Soundstar MKII?

Sorry for the bump but I received two used Soundstar MkII's today (and if they work, for a steal).
One with serial #3413 (with flush mounted on/off switch).
The other with serial #44030 (no switch).

Both have the words "Beyer dynamic Germany Soundstar mkII" on the ball but with different fonts and caps.
I won't have a change to test them before I get home tonight. If anyone's interested I'll make some pictures.
I wonder how old #3413 is.

Mine says "Beyerdynamic Germany Soundstar mkII" on the ID band at the equator of the wind screen.

The wind screen appears to be top/bottom halves, with (3) tiny screws holding the equator band. , Serial number is 19600 stamped into the bottom near the XLR connector.

There is no switch.

Sorry for bumping this old thread...
Does anybody know if all M400 come with an XLR-Connector or are there also some that feature the older Tuchel connector?

thanks,

Niko

Nearly all the Beyer M201 sold on eBay from European sellers are Tuchel connected.

I wouldn't be surprised to see M400 in Tuchel also. But, I have never seen one. Mine is XLR.
