Does anyone know of a way to take either cd audio or Mp3's and break them down into separate tracks. Meaning isolate drumbeats, instruments and so forth. Please let me know. Thanks.
Why, just because it's in digital form? If you had a digital photgraph of several people in a room, would you expect to be able to remove the people's images into separate files and then see what's behind them in the remaining edited photo?!!!! i would think since we can put the music into an mp3 form we should be able to break it down on a software level.
This especially doesn't make sense as MP3 is a compression format. Lets see.....lets throw away a shit load of our data and see if we can take what's left and reconstruct the individual instruments and vocals onto seperate tracks. Hmmmmm.....fladj2 said:Exactly!!!! i would think since we can put the music into an mp3 form we should be able to break it down on a software level.
