Is Calibration possible in Cubase?

hey, i need help....is it possible to calibrate my tunning in cubase? i love to sing in 432Hz and that´s the way i wanna record it. And i cannot find it in Cubase. Im using now Cubase 4+5...

Any help, advice appreciated!

Just so you don't feel ignored, my answer is that I have no idea. I can't find anything about it in the manual. There may be a way to do it but I have no idea.

as i wrote, i sing in 432 Hz cause my voice sounds better then and i wanna record that way aso. But i cannot play any midi instruments to it, cause they all are only in 440....

Ok, now I understand. Thanks for clarifying.

This would be a function of the individual VSTi that you are using. Most of them have a fine tuning function and in that case, you would decrease the output tuning by 8 Hz.

I stumbled upon this thread by accident, I don't even use CUBASE. But it made me Google A=432 and I learned something.

432 used to be the standard, supposedly it's the frequency that nature works at (whatever that means).

There's an article or two entitled "The NWO's 440" or "The New World Order's 440". I didn't read them, but I'm guessing the NWO changed it to 440 so that they can control our minds.

Yeah, I heard that the natural frequency of tin foil is 432, Of course this would cancel any incoming signals using that frequency. So all of the tin foil hat wearers are totally wasting there time like a bunch of suckers.

I can't see how 8 cents would make much of a difference to how you would sing, but, as others have said, you can, with some vst instruments, change the pitch. Likewise, most electronic tuners these days can allow you to calibrate to varying pitches of A. While you are doing stuff by yourself, using A=432 is messy, but not particularly difficult. However, if you start working with other musicians, you may find yourself in some bother.
