Hello Everybody,

Brand new on this forum, I'm coming from France (sorry about my poor english ...)
I'm a cute guy, brown/black hair with green/brown eye. I'm 1m86 tall and I woul'd like to meet girl ... :laughings:

Seriouly, a quick review : I play guitar since 10 years and I'm bass player in a Stoner/Desert Rock band I AM A MONSTER. I like to record some stuff at home and I try to prepare by myself a little demo soundind like Noise/Electro/Shoegaze (like JESU / FENNESZ ...)
I practice (try to ...) about several years in home recording ... Today I use Reaper in my old PC runned by XP. I use a Fireface800, UAD-1, M-Audio Shortboard49 and Two Notes TORPEDO (guitar DI) and other funny guitar/bass/VSTi stuff

I would like to later have an opinion of good ears about my futur work and I hope bring some help in this forum with my too little experience.

You French people have such silly senses of humor...

welcome aboard Pierre :)

Thanks

I don't really know if silly sense is the french humour character but I know that is a good character for my humour :D

In the US, when you kiss someone and wiggle your tongues around, we call it "french kissing". Do yall just call it "kissing" over there?

That's called breakfast. Yeah I dunno if its a French thing or not - but I like the French at least the ones I have met... Only been to Paris and Nice but - I am seriously considering Nice for retirement

In France it's just "Kissing"
We also say in "popular" french "Rouler une pelle" literally traduce by "roll a shovel"

Paris is a nice town with lot of people and lot of things to do (I'm living near)
Nice is the land of old peoples and to much concret on the coast :D However backward of this country is very beatiful and a little bit savage

So how do you distinguish the difference between French toast and regular toast?

I am American. Our specialty is to put cheese on everything.

He hasn't told us how to distinguish between french toast and regular toast yet! What if someone gets confused and eats the wrong one?

Hello there Jay and welcome to the forum! I'll jump in here too.....I'm really impressed with the whole au-ju thing. A great way to keep the bread from getting all soggy. Is it truly French to dip a sandwich? :D
