Nut -> 12th fret is 12 3/8 on both Es. Nut to shortest saddle position on low E is 24-15/16", nut to shortest saddle position on high E is 24-25/32".
The action was less than 2/32" on both sides. I cranked it up per your recommendations above.
Then I could get the intonation pretty close, but I don't have a strobe. I could have probably flipped the D saddle to get it a little shorter. The B and high E ended up with plenty of adjustment.
