Interface advice?

Hello everyone, I've decided that I am going to return the M-Audio Mobile Pre USB that I bought last week. I still need an interface but I have Vista, and it is a pain sometimes to get working. What is the best thing to do that you might recommend? That I find something compatible with Vista, or that I reinstall XP on my laptop and get something like the firebox or presonus audiobox? maybe Fast track Pro? I could probably make these all work somehow but if you have any extra advice that maybe help me such as "dont buy this POS", it might be very helpful to me. Thanks!!

Step #1: Dump Vista; its dead as a doornail.

Go back to XP or go to Win7
