Hello I am installing a delta 66 soundcard and wanted to make sure I'm doing it right. How do I ground myself? Will Any PCI slot do? Thanks again!

this is covered in the manual ... check under "hardware installation" 
but, yes, any available PCI slot will do ... and before you remove the soundcard from the static bag, touch the metal power supply case in your PC to discharge any static electricity.
