Another thought...

Since my Aux send, (i.e. mono left channel) is sending to Sonar for recording... Do I need to Adjust my chanels all counterclockwise so their full output is going through my Aux send? Or will the Aux send output be just as "hot" with the pan centered on all channels?
 
I would center them... If it's a mono-out (like the aux is), then volume is highest with centered pan-pots.
 
Cool, I just got the online manual & found that my Aux send bus is set post fader so I'm gonna get to keep my EQ's.

hmmm... Since I'll now be controling my PC speakers/monitors w/ the Ch 5/6 knob & leaving alone the volume knob on the center speaker I wonder if I should set that in the middle & leave it or maybe crank it up to max & do all the adjustment w/ my Ch 5/6 knob... hmmm
