Input jacks on DMP3

For those who use DMP3's:

I notice on the M-Audio website that it has both XLR mic input and 1/4" high impedance instrument input. Are these two separate jacks or do they use a Neutrik combo jack style?
 
They are 2 separate input jacks.
They do only have a singular 1/4 inch output jack for each channel but they work for both balanced and unbalanced cables.

No insert jacks.

One more question. There isn't any info on the site about the dimensions of these things. Are they the right size to be about to mount two of them in a 1U 19" rack space?
 
Yes you can definitely rack 2 side by side, but be warned... They are a little over 1 space tall. You will have to allow a rack space above them .

Bummer... I know!
