.. that has at least 2-4 mic pres with phantom power and a stereo digital output(spdif) ,. anything else is a bonus,.

older/discontinued models ($) preferred.

FYI. I'm wanting to use it to expand the capabilities/track count on my 2 channel interface to 4 for a mobile rig.
