If I export an audio file in WAV. via Cubase and import it back into Cubase, it sounds fine. If I export an audio file in WAV. from Fruity Loops, then import it into Cubase, the audio file is super slow, I'd bet half time.
What's the deal?

I'd check to see if the sample rates agree in Fruity Loops and Cubase. If one is 48000 Hz and the other 96000 Hz it will do what you're describing. Also check what sample rate you're saving at.

Hmm, I never knew that, thanks I'll check that out tonight.
