importing music from computer to my mr8 mk2

hey im new to recording and trying to import an instrumental from my computer to the mr8 mk2 with not much luck is there any one that could run me throught it and dumb it down i just want to start to make music please help.....................:confused:
 
It's simple if you just remember this:

44.1khz 16-bit mono .wav files.

Name them according to the track you want to add it to: tr01, tr02, tr16.

Easy. The biggest problem you will have is trying to upload a stereo track.
