I'm not a Pro. Actually I'm a hobbyist musician that have a Neo and I know it pretty well for the main reason: I read the manual, a few times, and still do when needed.
The answer for your question are: Page 45 and 46 on DP-02 PDF manual, Page 81 to 84 on Neo Manual.
The only thing I can remind you or highlight without rewrite these parts of the manuals is that DP-02 exports 44.1/16Bits files and on Neo you can create 16 or 24 bits project. If you are working on 16 bits project on Neo and import 16 Bits files/tracks, its the same. If you working on a 24 bits project on Neo and import a DP-02 16 Bits files/tracks it will fill with zeros the extra 8 bits. This is normal and is not a problem at all, all the processing afterwards will be 24 bits. If you import a 24 Bits from Neo (or any other) on DP-02 it will truncate (cut the extra 8 bits) and use only 16 bits without any treatment. Will lost the resolution without any treatment. Neo Manual, page 81.
Also, not written on the manual, when Neo writes the Master Tracks it is always 16 Bits, even if the project is 24 Bits. But this is another discussion for later
