I have an Mbox pro 3rd Generation

MXL Genesis microphone

and a pair of Rokit 6 speakers

This is my problem

when i plug my headphones into my mbox, which only has 2 ports..one for the engineer, the other for the artists [obviously].. We're only picking up sound on 1 side of my headphones
for both ports. I've googled, searched, called [avid doesn't work on weekends] and here i am.. HELP!!!

i've also done the whole
control panel>sounds>mbox pro and switched headphones A & B to stereo mix 1..but im just completely clueless on what to do.. thanks guys

I take it that your headphone jack is T/R/S correct?

I don't even know what that means.. All i know is there are 2 slots you put your headphones in too..both have same problem, so i figure this is a settings issue.

Could be a setting issue for sure.
T/R/S is a stereo or balanced phone jack = tip, ring, sleeve.

If you are recording a single thing in the Left input you will get sound only out of the left headphone.

Ok.. This only happens when I plug my headphones in..I hear it clearly on both of my speakers..

make sure there are 3 contact places on the headphone plug you are using (tip, ring, sleeve - TRS). Maybe you are using an adapter - 1/4" to 1/8' which is only tip-sleeve?
