Are you serious, I don't understand what the hell this guy is even saying. Any how, I make good money doing what I do, I am a hiphop musician, it takes just as much dedication, drive and hard work to make it in this genre as it does any other, just the fact that hiphop has become pop over the last couple of years makes it even harder. But don't judge hiphop in general, you have to realize your speaking to a whole generation, not just inner city, but suburbs, back waters, all that shit. I spend hours working on songs each day, and spend hours mixing down, don't cheapen my art because your on some old fart stuff. Besides that probably what your fathers thought about rock when the were listening to jazz and what there fathers thought about jazz when they were listening to swing or classical or whatever. Hiphop is not just the culture of our youth but the culture of the upcoming leaders, its not just ghetto kids, no degrees, dealing drugs & thumpin on people, its your kids who probably only shoot guns when the hunt with you rednecks.

I guess all I'm saying is, neither of you have a valid point, this kid is annoying trying to post behringer garbage and soundclick pages and shit. But who ever responded is also in the wrong because hiphop is not about ignorance its about freedom of thought, independence and revolution. Just like Jazz, Blues, Rock, come on you get the point, just because I cuss more and have a harsher reality to talk about doesn't mean we're different, are problems or upbringing were just different.

I'm tired and posting bullshit so I have to apologize, I took my GED when I was 15, couple of community college classes since then but nothing further. So I resent the GED comment, I did pass GED English, but the comment itself is demeaning. I don't really care like I said I'm tired and this thread is annoying me. I've made 100 grand a year since I was 20 (7 years now) its not from selling crack, but stop with all the educational comments already, self-education is most important any way.

ok then....so you do have some valid points, some I don't believe are valid....but that's always going to be "what makes the difference" between you and others (and me), here on the forums.

Yeah I only read his first 2 lame comments then I read the whole thread thats why I posted the 3rd, lol, believe me I don't listen to very much hiphop or at least new hiphop these days. Theres something about lyrics like "I'm in the mall, its goin down, I'm in the club, its going down" that just doesn't have the same appeal as older stuff, but I feel the outside looking in, I listen to rock, jazz, blues (my favorite because my pops), not because of its history more so because I've don't shun anything unless its complete crap, useless garbage, but I know this thread was mostly about talking crap to that lame kid posting shit that I couldn't even understand, and I grew up in the hood, lol, peace.

Spammed his soundclick site in about ten threads. Check out "View all Posts By Douchenozzle," you'll see what I mean. What pissed me off is he is clogging up numerous boards with his pathetic viral-marketing-as-crappy mic-endorsement speil.
