I am new to Cubase. I use Sibelius for most things.
I have created a Midi file in Sibelius which only has one track which is "choir"
Cubase recognises this and gets the track and program number correct .
This file plays OK on Sibelius and Quicktime and the sound comes out of the internal speakers.
I have configured the output VST connections to "built-in audio" which I have selected using the inspector as VST1out
When I hit start I can see the midi signal moving but no sound comes from the speakers.
I have set the iBook sound preferences and Midi Audio Setup to internal speakers
I have no Midi devices attached.
Any ideas? Something silly?
